It’s often said that love conquers all. No doubt it does, because despite all the differences in background and location, Scott Porter and Michelle managed to make it work. Their determination and dedication towards each other as a couple is a story worth telling. Although we won’t tell it all to you, be sure we will tell how it all began.

Scott Porter is an American international, whose journey through education led him to Uganda where he found his perfect match, his second heart beat and missing rib. Scott met his African queen, Michelle, who he describes as the “kindest person” he has ever known in 2012.

“I met Michelle in 2012 when I was going to do my A-level,” he said.

They soon became best friends, and one thing led to another and until Scott’s family flew across the world to witness their son tie the knot with Ugandan born Michelle on 3rd August 2019 in a beautiful civil wedding ceremony.

Close friends and family gathered to whiteness this celebration of nature, love and commitment, a union of two people dedicating their lives towards supporting, loving and growing together.

“She is the kindest and most genuine person I have ever met,” Scott said.

Congratulations Scott and Michelle. We wish you a happy marriage.
